Job Summary:

Under direct supervision of the Center forIntegrative Research on Childhood Adversity’s (CIRCA) Director of Operations withinOklahoma State University’s Center for Health Sciences (OSU-CHS) in Tulsa, OK, theCross Systems Coordinator will provide program coordination, support, andtechnical assistance with members of Children’s State Advisory Workgroup (CSAW)and its subcommittees. This role will assure that invested entities areactively collaborating to better advance increasing hope and resilience amongchildren and families in the state.

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 40 pounds, stoop, reach, stand, walk, finger, grasp, feel, talk, hear, see, and perform repetitive motions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Education & Experience

Position Qualifications:

Required:
-Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or equivalent experience.
-Minimum of two (2) years of experience in managing a project or program budget, and successful grant writing and grant management
-Minimum of three (3) years’ experience with data collection and analysis.
-Valid Driver's License

Skills,Proficiencies and Knowledge:
The ability to convene and engage individuals and organizations across sectors (e.g., government agencies, educational entities, non-profit organizations, for-profit businesses, etc.). The ability to think strategically in order to identify gaps in current programs, consider all viable paths to increase hope, and related activities. Ability to consistently demonstrate excellent time management and interpersonal skills. Ability to demonstrate confidentiality, sensitivity, and ethics in all aspects. Strong verbal and listening skills with diverse levels of academic, community, and CSAW members via in-person, telephone, and videoconference. Demonstrated ability to produce written materials, displaying strong written communication skills. Advanced resourcefulness and ability to solve problems. Knowledge of and experience in implementation science. Possess a positive attitude with strong service orientation and a genuine desire to support the goals of CSAW and CIRCA. Detail oriented approach with strong organizational skills. Ability to work well under multiple deadlines, work independently and in a team environment. Ability to take initiative and anticipate needs of, or potential issues with, supervisor and CSAW members and adapt appropriately.

Preferred:
-Master’sdegree in a field related to the social sciences

Oklahoma State University-Center for Health Sciences was founded in 1972 and is home to the College of Osteopathic Medicine, as well as graduate programs in forensics, biomedicine, healthcare and athletic training.   Our core business is education; and it takes more than 500 faculty and staff members to run our institution.  Our mission is to educate and train osteopathic physicians, research scientists and other healthcare professionals with an emphasis on serving rural and underserved Oklahomans.  We offer more than 10 different specialty clinics to care for patients in the area.
