Salary Information:$20.00 – $25.00 based on applicable education and experience.
Job Summary:Plan and executive the OSHA required COVID vaccine and testing program for DMACC employees. Adhere to strict deadlines and remain within budget. This may include reviewing and acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver the project according to plan.
Essential Functions:Review and understand OSHA requirements for COVID vaccinations and testing for employees. Establish, implement and manage all details associated with COVID employee vaccine & testing as set forth by OSHA. Set project timelines and resolve issues and conflicts; acquire resources to ensure project is completed and continually analyze the project for improvement. Oversee quality control and implement changes as needed.
Effectively communicate project details and requirements to management and employees.
Setup, administer and maintain project management software of choice.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Associate’s degree.
Two years of experience in project management.
Ability to effectively communicate complex detailed material in a clear and concise manner.
Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and operational planning.
Demonstrated ability to function autonomously with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues, complaints and problems and take appropriate action to resolve them.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to plan, organize and manage time.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain a professional working relationship with a wide variety of individuals coming from diverse backgrounds.
Knowledge of current software applications.
Bachelor’s degree.
Work Schedule:Monday – Friday, daytime hours. Days and time to to determined.
