Schedule Information: Days/evenings/weekends depending upon course schedule
Job Description: Teaching PHY 100 Basic Concepts in Physics
Education Requirements: Master’s degree in physics or appropriate engineering discipline with a minimum of 18 graduate-level coursework in appropriate physics and/or engineering courses; or master’s degree in a related field with 18 credit hours in graduate-level physics.
Experience Requirements: Recent college-level teaching experience, use of microcomputer-based labs, lab development, and ability to work with course management systems such as Blackboard are the preferred qualifications. Online teaching experience is beneficial, but not required. The teaching requirement may be fulfilled through a program of supervised teaching as a graduate student.
