Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities will vary depending on placement, however duties may include: receives and directs incoming calls and visitors; responds to general inquiries; assists in maintaining paper and electronic filing systems; copies, sorts and files documents according to defined procedures; assembles and compiles basic data according to specific instructions; utilizes manual and automated methods to enter and retrieve data; and operates office equipment including phones, computers, and photocopiers.
