PURPOSE

The Executive Director of Admissions is responsible for oversight and management of all aspects of the enrollment department including admissions operations, outreach and recruitment, enrollment marketing and social media, reporting and data presentation.

This position is directly responsible for providing leadership and managing functions to successfully increase enrollment on a consistent basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Produce the annual enrollment plan and execute on the plan to achieve or exceed annual enquiry, conversion and matriculation targets.
  2. Performance manage all members of the enrollment team.
  3. Work closely with the EVP and President to ensure collaboration and coordination of enrollment activities with college projects and activities.
  4. Participate in college committees and stakeholder groups, bringing enrollment perspective to all college activities.
  5. Manage admission operations including prospective student tracking and communications, matriculation and admissions process, international students, SEVIS compliance.
  6. Manage outreach and recruitment including recruiters covering Bay Area/CA/USA/international territories.
  7. Manage college open days and prospective student tours including Discovery weekends and other prospective student activities.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing department to provide robust enrollment marketing including quarterly digital campaigns, social media campaigns, content and tracking of all enrollment marketing.
  9. Provide reporting and data presentations including dashboards, tracking to targets, and other reporting to enrollment team members, stakeholders, Cabinet, EVP and President.

  1. Assume additional responsibilities, lead special projects, and assist with other duties as needed or requested.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: EDUCATION & TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Business, marketing or communication degree.
  2. 5-8 years of college enrollment management experience.
  3. Experience with digital marketing, database analysis and CRMs (Hubspot preferred)

  1. Ability to work independently in a complex environment with a high level of accuracy, reliability, and collaboration.
  2. Excellent skills in organization, oral and written communication, analytical and problem solving, leadership and team building.
  3. Ability to perform multiple duties in addition to departmental responsibilities with frequent interruptions and time pressures.
  4. Ability to lead change management.
  5. Ability to analyze and resolve conflicts in routine as well as crisis situations.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  1. Nature of work requires an ability to operate standard business office equipment.
  2. Requires ability to communicate and exchange information, collect, compile and prepare work documents, set-up and maintain work files.
  3. Must be able to lift 25 lbs., retrieving and placing materials on high shelves and on floor-level shelves; standing, walking, carrying, grasping, hearing, seeing, sitting, kneeling, climbing, balancing, stooping, crouching, and reaching.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  1. Work performed in a general office environment.
  2. Position is on campus
  3. Periodic travel will be required.

At Life West, our program prepares the chiropractor to function as a specialized health care provider, offering care on a direct-access, initial contact basis.
