Job Summary: The Program Coordinator for Academic Outreach identifies and coordinates student and / or administrative support services for non-traditional programs offered through Academic Outreach (AO). Serves as a liaison between Academic Outreach and institutional student support areas or academic partners (Admissions, Registration Services, Academic colleges, Financial Aid, Student Receivables, Library, Career Center, Center for Teaching & Learning, Writing Center, and UA Technical Support Services) in the coordination of admission services, advising/counseling services, recruitment, and in the development and delivery of academic programs. Serves as a member of the division's Program Management Team to coordinate student and/or administrative services for existing and newly developed programs offered through AO.

Additional Department Summary: The purpose of this position is to identify and coordinate content activities for non-traditional programs offered through Academic Outreach (AO). The incumbent will have responsibility for coordinating a variety of content activities, materials, and information to support academic degree offerings facilitated by Academic Outreach. The position will work in partnership with AO Program Managers who have full responsibility for program management, program development, delivery, support services and marketing of the offerings as well as Marketing Managers who have responsibility for marketing non-traditional programs.

Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher and two (2) years of experience in higher education, to include some experience in creating content for various activities that support academic programs.

Preferred Qualifications: Incumbent must be a creative thinker with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions; have the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time; and understand the higher education industry to help the program management team achieve their business goals.
