GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Northland Pioneer College seeks a Grant Project Director for Early College Opportunities to Advance Degree Attainment (ECOADA). Responsibilities include leadership, coordination, and management of Fund for the Improvement of Postsecondary Education (FIPSE) - Institutional Resilience and Expanded Postsecondary Opportunity (IREPO) Grant Project ECOADA. This individual facilitates participation of student services personnel and faculty to coordinate project activities as described in project work plan, manages budget, works with NPC Director of Institutional Effectiveness to provide evaluation, and to collect and maintain data on participants and activities per grant application guidelines.

PROJECT OVERVIEW: ECOADA is a 2-year, FIPSE-IREPO grant-funded project to (1) develop the capacity to expand postsecondary opportunities to rural students enrolled in our Early College Dual and Concurrent Enrollment program through comprehensive automation of course scheduling and ancillary services such as recruitment, enrollment, registration, and student onboarding, (2) create innovative programming that provides high school seniors with the option to navigate the transition to postsecondary enrollment and degree completion through established NPC program pathways, and (3) improve faculty and student readiness for success with proven technology-enhanced active learning and online, synchronous and asynchronous methods.
