Job Summary
Columbus State University has an opening for a Facilitator and Instructor of Leadership Development. This position will report to the Assistant Vice President for Leadership Development and will be responsible for training and facilitating internally to CSU faculty and staff and externally with Leadership institute clients, developing content, and assisting with special projects.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: facilitating client sessions, both internally and externally; assisting with The Forum and Servant Leadership student activities; managing client projects, both internally and externally when necessary; researching and developing content for new sessions; delivering sessions with existing content; preparing and delivering psychometric assessments; working with the leadership development teams and CSU to support its vision, mission, values, and overall effectiveness; supporting the Leadership Institute brand perception via community engagement; and all other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include a Master's degree in Leadership or Organizational Development, Communication, Business, or a related field; and experience in developing, coordinating, and delivering professional development programming in a University and/or business setting. The successful candidate must possess the ability and flexibility to travel to client sites (domestic) overnight as needed; possess excellent written and interpersonal communication skills; effective facilitation skills; strong analytical and organizational skills; the ability to work with minimal supervision; be self-motivated; demonstrate a high degree of initiative and follow through; and a demonstrated ability to work successfully with multiple constituencies, both internal and external to the Leadership Institute and CSU.

Preferred Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include five years of experience in training and development or facilitation; a successful track record of experience in leadership and training development positions; certifications in psychometric assessments; and content development.

Proposed Salary
The annualized salary range for this position is $38,842 - $48,941.
