- Familiar with ACGME policies for Internal Medicine.
- Resident Scheduling Coordinator: 77 Residents
- Prepare selective/elective rotations for each block
- Input resident schedules in One 45
- Update on call schedule
- Assist with 4+2 schedule for 74 residents
- Track resident attendance and clinic counts towards graduation
- Create Clinic Templates
- Send out notifications to each resident/division
- Complete quicklook for all blocks
- Empanelment Coordinator:
- Responsible for working with CMIO to pull resident empanelment lists
- Work with each resident to ensure accuracy
- Work with population health team for pcp match with insurance
- Responsible for transferring resident patient each year
- Management of 3900 patients (tracking assigned)
- Track clinic counts
- Create, review and submit clinic patient reports to administration & residents for review and editing
- General:
- Answers phones
- Maintains an Address/phone roster for 74 residents
- Provide back up to other areas to include: GIM, Clerkship & Rheumatology
- Responsible for website updates, departmental communication
- Maintain office files & electronic files
- Provide back up to Residency Coordinator
- Provide support to Residency Director, Associate Directors & Business Manager
- Provide assistance to Residency Coordinator & 3 Chief Residents
- Complete travel
- Upload D2L lectures
- Yale Curriculum
- Credentialing Coordinator & Elective Management:
- Review & monitor all credentialing for all past/present residents
- Coordinate all elective rotaitons for 77 residents
- Recruitment Coordination:
- Work with programs (anesthesia, dermatology, ophthalmology) to schedule prelim interviews
- Schedule interview dates and coordination of interviews
- Prelim applications in ERAS
- Ranking powerpoint
- Financial:
- IDRs/Check Requests
- VA Billing
- Track expenses
- All other related duties/tasks as assigned.
