Job Summary

Serve as the subject matter expert on data stored enterprise systems. Responsible for entry, validation, and correction of employee and HR data. This position will interact on a consistent basis with: Finance, Human Resources and other related stakeholders, management, position management staff, and campus users.
This position typically will advise and counsel: Finance, Human Resources and other related stakeholders, management, position management staff, and campus users.
This position will supervise: N/A.

Responsibilities

Job Duty 1 -

Entry, validation, and correction of employee and HR data. Ensures the highest level of accuracy for data entered into HR data systems to ensure successful data audits.


Job Duty 2 -
Acts as a resource and guide for users as it relates to HR data and positions.


Job Duty 3 -
Assesses current practices and collects information to make recommendations about system and process improvements.


Job Duty 4 -
Generates and executes reports or queries and provides summaries of data for use in analysis or decision making.


Job Duty 5 -
Follows established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data.


Job Duty 6 -
Prepares and presents workshops to users to explain HCM requirements and system procedures.


Job Duty 7 -
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Other Required Qualifications
Valid Georgia Driver's License

Required Experience
Minimum two years of experience in business operations
