Job Details:Administrative Specialist Coastal Carolina University is currently accepting applications for the following position: Administrative Specialist in Counseling Services. Duties will include, but are not limited to: provide first point of contact for students, faculty and staff; screen office visitors and incoming calls to determine needs and make referrals; respond to inquiries, take messages, maintain office appointment calendar; perform administrative functions of Counseling Services office to include: set up and maintain confidential files for students, schedule appointments, type/proof documents, prepare clinical data and assessment reports, scan records; and other duties as assigned. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and related job experience are required. One (1) year relevant work experience is preferred. Experience in behavioral/mental health care center administration and/or higher education is preferred.
