Student Accounting Services Manager

Under the supervision of the Director, the Student Accounting Services Manager (Managing Assistant Director III) manages the Campus ID Card, Parking and Customer Service operations for the Office of Student Accounting. The Manager develops goals, policies and procedures; ensures efficient and effective operations of all assigned areas; supervises staff; and does related work as required. This position requires travel and a flexible schedule including evening and weekend hours.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college and two years of professional experience maintaining systems is required, preferably a financial system. Experience with parking management is preferred. Candidate must be highly proficient in Excel and database management, with the ability to analyze data and reports. Excellent customer service skills and oral and written communication skills are essential.
