Job Description

The Department of Accounting & Finance at the College of Business is seeking applications from qualified candidates for full-time, non-tenure-track Lecturer positions for Fall 2022. Spring 2022 start date can be considered for qualified candidates. The successful candidate(s) will teach undergraduate courses in Quantitative Methods and Business Statistics. The candidates must have 18 graduate hours in the teaching discipline. Quality performance will be expected in teaching. Preference will be given to applicants who have prior university teaching experience.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in quantitative methods and business statistics or closely related field from a regionally accredited university.

• Minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in the teaching discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ph.D. degree in business statistics or analytics.

• College/university teaching experience.

• Prior relevant industry experience.

• Experience with Learning Management systems such as Blackboard.

This is a full-time position with the possibility of renewal contingent upon satisfactory performance evaluation. The position is fully funded by the university and comes with a complete benefits package as an employee of Texas A&M University-San Antonio.
