- Work with Care Coordinators to help facilitate mental health referrals to the program through coordination with University of Colorado Hospital primary care clinics and outside agencies who work with immigrants and refugees.
- Provide individual and family psychotherapy and case management services for clients
- including coordination of care with other agencies.
- Educate primary care providers on refugee mental health.
- Educate trainees in psychiatry, psychology, and social work on refugee mental health.
- Collaborate with mental health and medical staff to ensure optimal patient care. Work with Medical Director and Evaluation team to create and update systems to track intake calls, referrals, and touch points. Attend weekly program planning meetings.Attend weekly clinical case conference meetings.Assist with administrative aspects of patient care.Comply with all safety measures, clinic policies and procedures.Other duties as assigned by the clinic manager and program director.

- LCSW/LPC, Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor, Master’s degree or higher in social work or counselingMinimum of two years clinical experience providing therapy.Experience working with immigrants.Comfort working with patients with severe and sometimes treatment-refractory illness.
- 1-3 years of related clinical experience at rank or equivalent experience.
