Job Details

Trinity Christian College Athletics is seeking a Head Baseball Coach.  This is a full-time exempt position reporting to the Associate Vice President for Student Life and Athletics.


The ideal candidate will possess a well-rounded set of skills that include a demonstrated ability to coach effectively and develop a competitive athletic program; to select and supervise coaching staff; to recruit, instruct, and develop student athletes; to create and implement camps and community initiatives; and to maintain strong and productive working relationships. These will be best evidenced by both prior leadership experience and by prior collegiate level coaching.

The college is seeking candidates who are professing Christians and are committed to excellence in athletics.  Candidates should support the goals of a Christian liberal arts education and demonstrate a mature articulation of faith in athletics.

Required qualifications include a completed bachelor’s degree (a completed master’s degree is preferred) and previous full-time coaching and leadership experience.

  4. A brief written statement that describes how he/she might work toward the college’s purpose and outcomes through his/her coaching. These are:
