Position Summary

Monroe County Community College is accepting applications for respiratory care part-time instructors. The instructor will teach miniclinic for fall 2021. This is a face to face class and instructor will teach this class at St. Vincent Medical Center- Mercy Health in coordination with MCCC faculty/ program Director. RTH faculty members are hired on an as-needed basis to teach, guide and assess student learning in the Respiratory Care (RTH) classroom and in skills lab (on campus) under contract with MCCC’s RTH Program.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications: Associate degree in Respiratory Care; Registered Respiratory Therapist with an active, unencumbered license to work in the state of work assignment; Must be St. Vincent Medical center current employee; 2 to 5 years of clinical experience in field as an RRT. RTH instructors may need to complete additional training provided by the college to meet program accreditation standards.
