Wells College seeks a part-time administrative assistant for its Childhood and Adolescence Education programs. The Assistant performs a variety of duties in support of the day-to-day operations of the programs working closely with faculty, staff, and students. The successful candidate will be an individual with excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; computer literacy including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy; and abilities to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information in a professional manner. The position requires an A.A.S. and two years of experience, is 11-month, and is hourly (20 hrs/week).
