We welcome candidates who will contribute to and extend the robust research culture in the Psychology Department. Rhodes Psychology faculty embrace a diversity of research methodologies and have access to a variety of equipment, including a wireless EEG system, an eye tracker, and an NSF-funded state-of-the-art motion capture system. Research will be supported by start-up funds and lab space, and possibilities for additional research support include summer research funds and travel funds. In addition, opportunities for collaborative research are available through our partnerships with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, University of Memphis, University of Tennessee Medical School, and Le Bonheur Children's Hospital. Candidates must have earned a Ph.D. in Psychology, Neuroscience, or a related field by August 2022. Previous teaching and postdoctoral research experiences are desirable.
