Job Details
The Department of Business Ethics and Legal Studies at Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver is looking to hire speakers for the Ethics Boot Camp (EBC) during the 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 academic year. EBC runs three times per year and we select speakers separately for each camp.
EBC faculty are compensated at a rate of $1,500 per EBC. This posting will serve for multiple openings.
Essential Functions
EBC speakers are required to provide details of the speech one month in advance of the camp and then present one or two sessions of 1 hour each. Some EBCs are online and others are in person.
Required Qualifications
- Previous teaching or speaking experience.
- Ability to speak at the university level.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters Degree in a related field.
- College-level teaching experience.

Winter Quarter: Best consideration date is September 15, 2021
Spring Quarter: Best consideration date is November 15, 2021
Course Rate
$1,500 per bootcamp
The University of Denver has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The University may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, available market information, and course enrollment, but not based on a candidates sex or any other protected status.
