Job Summary This position is responsible for coordinating a variety of student accounts functions.

    Coordinates delinquent account functions. (25%)Coordinates billing/collection activities related to delinquent student accounts.

    Coordinates other student accounts functions. (65%)Performs cashiering functions.Analyzes and reconciles student accounts in Banner system.Manages the online payment portal.Enters miscellaneous funds into Banner systemAssists in processing student refunds. Manages third party contracts and billing.Loads and removes semester data from Blackboard; processes Blackboard reports.Orders ID supplies and materials.Markets and promotes Bank Mobile services; provides customer services.Assists students with questions and concerns.

    Performs a variety of related duties. (10%)
Required Qualifications
    Associates degree required.More than one year of related experience required.

    Knowledge of Board of Regents business policies.Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) guidelines.Knowledge of university policies and procedures.Knowledge of Banner and Blackboard system management principles.Knowledge of computers and job-related software programs.Skill in the delegation of responsibility and authority.Skill in decision making and problem solving.Skill in interpersonal relations and in dealing with the public.Skill in oral and written communication.
