Salary Information:$947 Per Equivalent Credit Hour (ECH)
Job Summary:Teaching various courses in the Ford ASSET program. This will include area’s in Electrical, Engines, Climate Control, Brakes, Steering, Suspension and Transmission. This is a temporary as needed position.
Essential Functions:Teaches assigned courses in accordance with course competencies and syllabi. Develops and/or utilizes a variety of instructional strategies, techniques and delivery methods designed to meet the individual learning styles of students. Fosters a safe and civil learning environment. Informs students about course requirements, evaluation procedures, and attendance policies. Monitors, evaluates, and documents student attendance, progress and competency attainment.
Required Qualifications:Associates Degree or diploma in subject area. 3 years non-teaching, related work experience with recent Ford, Lincoln, Mercury shop experience with factory training.
Desired Qualifications:Ford Motor Co. dealership service experience. Teaching experience.
