  • Position Description:

    Thisposition sets up, trouble shoots, and controls the file export and import processwith the Federal Department of Education. The office is often in a situation when two academic years are runninglive.  The file management requires amind for detail, record keeping and understanding of timing and processes.  Successful data maintenance is critical forstudent processing and compliance


    Bachelor’s degree or five years of systems experience
    Experience with software upgrades
    Proven track record of a strong customer focus
    Ability to work independently, handle large volumes of work and multitask with frequent interruptions
    Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, Word, Access)
    To perform the duties of this position, the candidate must have access to several federal databases.The incumbent cannot be in default on any type of federal student loan to have access to federal databases and systems
    Banner experience preferred
    Financial aid experience preferred
    Dynamic forms experience preferred
    Web site design and update experience preferred
    Application Xtender Document Manager experience preferred

    Communication and other skills:
    Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner both in writing and verbally
    Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
