Responsibilities

Provides network support to end users on the corporate and residential networksAssists end users attempting to connect to the internetTroubleshoots with end users’

Assists Network Technician/ Network Support Services Director in managing the Residence Halls and Corporate NetworksActivates network jacks on the corporate networkConfigures and Installs Network Switches and Wireless Access PointsPerforming Hardware UpgradesRequired Documents to Attach
