Job Summary: The Bryant Conference Center Custodian is responsible for performing duties associated with cleaning, maintenance, and event setup for assigned University buildings and/or facilities.
Additional Department Summary: Must be able to work independently and prioritize assigned tasks including setting up event rooms with equipment and furniture, performing all tasks associated with cleaning the building, performing light maintenance to the building, and helping to secure the building as needed.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions. Must be able to lift, handle and maneuver the tools, materials and supplies of the job. Must be able to work flexible work schedules to include evenings and/or weekends.
Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds on a consistent basis, with or without accommodation. Must be able to work varied shifts including night, weekends and/or holidays.
