The Department of Surgery, Division of General Surgery at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA invites applications for a full-time faculty position in Trauma, Critical Care and Acute Care Surgery at the Assistant, Associate or Full Professor level. Candidates must have an M.D. degree or equivalent, be board certified or board eligible in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care, and eligible for licensure in the State of California. Candidates are also expected to have completed a Critical Care Fellowship and a Trauma Fellowship and have a desire to incorporate acute care surgery into their clinical practice. The candidate must have a track record in scholarly work in basic science, translational science, or public health, global health or social science research. The salary will be commensurate with academic rank and experience.
