Description of Position

Responsible for the Preventive Maintenance Database (MainBoss). Generate, distribute and maintain all preventive maintenance work orders. Input and update preventative maintenance data and develop PM tasks and schedules for new equipment in accordance with manufacturers maintenance requirements. Inventory and order belts, filters, motors, and other necessary supplies and replacement parts for PM and HVAC functions using MainBoss.

Responsible for the upkeep of the Facilities Condition Index (FCI) through MainBoss and the Gordian Web Portal.

The Administrator handles a variety of faculty and administration needs including: hot and cold calls, work order status, etc.

Minimum Expectations & Requirements

- Advanced Microsoft Office computer skills
- Skilled in database administration
- Ability to analyze and interpret data from the work order system
- Ability to read and implement preventive maintenance data as prescribed by manufacturers
- Must possess a valid AZ driver’s license
- Ability to learn and master new software – specifically building automation and work order management
- Locating and procuring parts for various trades
- Ability to plan and conduct special projects
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships with other departments
- Other job duties as assigned
- Regular attendance is an essential job function as it demonstrates dependability towards the performance of job duties

Preferred Skills & Abilities

- Associates degree
- Building Automation System Experience
- Experience in purchasing or procurement
- Experience with skilled trades people
- Work experience in a community college/higher education work environment
