Staff Application - please complete and email with supporting documentsSchool/Department: Fixed Wing Primary Location: Macon Downtown Airport Position: Staff Job Type: Full Time Position Close Date: Until Filled Description:Job Summary: This is a full time benefited position designed to manage the flight department's web based schedule software that reports to the chief flight instructor. The position will be the point of contact with all issues related to the software. Additional duties as office manager will be coordination and maintenance of TSA/FAA files, budget operations, account manager, instructor schedule manager, and any duties assigned by the chief flight instructor. Must be able to work outside on occasions and also will supervise work study students.

Qualifications: Two year associates degree or equivalent credits from an accredited institution required, bachelor's degree preferred. A background in aviation or experience managing an operation schedule is not necessary, but recommended.

Compensation Classification: Pay Grade 14
