Reporting to the Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance & Student-Athlete Affairs, the Assistant Director of Compliance provides excellent service to student-athletes, coaches, and institutional staff members.  The Assistant Director is responsible for maintaining compliance with all NCAA, conference and institutional regulations and for providing support, guidance and leadership to Temple University student-athletes.  The Assistant Director of Compliance also performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization. At least two (2) years of directly related experience in sports administration and compliance.  Prior experience with NCAA regulations. Experience working with diverse populations. Progressive experience working in higher education. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Required Skills & Abilities:
* Ability to understand and uphold the mission and goals of the athletic department.
* Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of NCAA and conference regulations. 
* Ability to manage multiple collaborative projects and systems in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated ability to set priorities, coordinate multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently and efficiently. 
* Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office.

* Master’s Degree.
