TMPDescription of primary duties and responsibilities::
This position focuses on assisting with the mission of the Learning Centers. The program assistant is responsible for coordinating academic support workshops and developing marketing materials to maximize participation. In addition, the position supports the director for the learning centers with scheduling tutoring sessions, interviewing and training tutors, and drafting personnel actions to hire tutors. The program assistant will support with the Learning Center’s data collection, survey development and tracking/reporting of student learning outcomes.Minimum Education and Experience Requirements::
Graduation from high school; and an equivalent combination of education and experience.Knowledge skills and abilities::
Must work on-site. Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion and confidentiality. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other offices. Attention to detail and record keeping. Looking for an individual who has a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to work as a contributing member of a team. Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal communication. Ability and experience to plan, manage, organize and implement educational activities with students.Preferred Qualifications::
