(Contingent upon available funding): 15.00 - 16.88, Hourly Work Schedule: Typically 5 days/week, 8 hours/day Faculty Appt Period: Job Summary: The Student Rotation Specialist will work closely with students, programcoordinators, and medical school clinical education staff. Specialist will communicate student schedulesto all relevant sites and faculty and will coordinate with affiliate sites forstudent schedules and needs. Specialistwill manage all logistics of students’ rotations, to include applications,agreements, schedules, and other rotation documents. This position will also provideadministrative support to the OMECO Executive Director for financial data entryand reconciliations, and other items as assigned.
Possible exposure to hazardous material, hot and cold, blood borne pathogens.
Ability to lift and carry 20 pounds, stoop, reach, stand, walk, finger,grasp, feel, talk, hear, see, and perform repetitive motions with or withoutreasonable accommodations.

- Associate’s degree or vocational/technical training
- At least one (1) year of experience in an office setting
Skills, Proficiencies, and Knowledge:
Advanced time management andorganizational skills, excellent communication skills (both verbal andwritten), demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite and databaseapplications.
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledgeof computers plus prior related experience in education and or medicaleducation systems
