Job Summary:         

The Office of Enrollment Services seeks a Director of Data Analytics and Reporting who is responsible for working closely with key members of the institution to develop, analyze, and maintain all enrollment-related data and reports to measure all new student enrollment activity. A successful candidate will be innovative and prepared to help develop and execute a data strategy. We are looking for a thinker who can help us analyze what the data means and what changes we should make to improve our processes. The perfect candidate will be able to generate reports and analyze recruitment data to support Admission and Marketing efforts including areas such as qualifying leads, improving prospect engagement and outreach, strengthening market pipelines, increasing enrollment conversion and yield, and achieving enrollment goals for all markets.

Minimum Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of related experience required. Expertise in working with relational databases: Microsoft SQL, Salesforce, and Oracle. Expertise in working with reporting tools: Crystal Reports, Cognos, Pentaho, and Argos.

Preferred Qualifications: 

Master's degree preferred.

Essential Functions:          

  • Design, produce, and distribute enrollment management reports for operational and analysis purposes. Work with enrollment area team to define, develop, and monitor trends, KPIs and ROI relating to all enrollment activities.
  • Provide reporting leadership and technical planning as it relates to enrollment. Design and maintain all facets of data manipulation, verification, research, and analysis.
  • Work with our CRM and all third-party data partners to develop real time dashboards for senior leaders, as well as staff within Enrollment Management.
  • Utilize external databases, CRM, and predictive modeling tools in reporting and analysis. Identify appropriate benchmarks to assist in evaluating how the enrollment area is performing on monthly/quarterly/annual basis, or as needed.
  • Serve as primary liaison to Student Financial Services and Institutional Research and Planning in the areas planning and assessment, and in responses to external survey/agency data requests.
  • Provide the strategy and implementation for data retrieval and organization of data from our lead generation and data partners.
  • Create and maintain enrollment research and reporting policies and procedures manual.
  • Other duties as assigned.
