Position Purpose: Coordinate, manage, and support any requested matters pertaining to the maintenance, custodial, grounds, construction, space management, food services, emergency planning, information services, campus public safety, print shop, and mail services. Provide and assist with an organized and professional approach to daily activities in the operations area. Maintain all lines of communication between the operations team and all staff on campus, third party contractors and potentially students. Oversee and provide day-to day guidance of all critical functions related to the business aspects of operations and provide professional support to all operations staff. Assist in managing the operations budget, minor project management, facilities and operations, and other critical functions.

Essential Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or another related discipline.
- Project management training and or industry-specific knowledge preferred.
- Training on reporting, data analysis, spreadsheets, databases or presentation software is also an asset.
- Position will require person to be mobile around campus and sitting at a desk for long periods of tirne working on a computer and attending tonecessary phone calls.
