St. Norbert College, a nationally-ranked, private, Catholic, liberal arts college is seeking a Director of Enterprise Applications. This position provides strategic and operational oversight for the enterprise applications ecosystem and a leadership role in campus-wide digital transformation and lean process management initiatives. Under direction from the Vice President of Information Technology Services/CIO, this position is responsible for directing the enterprise application practice and creating roadmaps for development, implementation, integration, and operation of new and existing enterprise systems and transformational initiatives to support institutional initiatives. 

As a member of the Information Technology Services (ITS) Leadership team, this position collaborates with campus leadership to align the ITS strategic initiatives with the institution’s strategic plan, creates an enterprise applications roadmap for the college, and ensures high standards of data integrity and security. The position serves as a champion, advisor, trusted partner and liaison to the college community and provides analysis and recommendations to improve and transform enterprise applications, system integrations, business intelligence, and process improvements. 

The position oversees the enterprise application environment including applications, integrations, contracts, upgrades, support and troubleshooting. They also lead the Enterprise Applications team in enabling effective use of enterprise applications and implements techniques and practices to ensure reliable, scalable, and customer-focused operations with a radical emphasis on customer service.
