Position Summary

The position of Assistant Director of Creative Services and Digital Production is to contribute to the creative and digital production for the Division of Athletics and Recreation. Creative and digital production will include but not limited to production of graphics, animations, video feature packages to tell the story of the Division of Athletics and Recreation to increase awareness, provoke a sell, and/or demonstrate commitment to the public good. The position of Assistant Director of Creative Services and Digital Production will collaborate across the Division and at times the University. Collaboration will include: Marketing, Digital Media, Advertising, Division I Sport Programs, University Marketing and Communications and more. The position of Assistant Director of Creative Services and Digital Production will contribute and work within the parameters of the units annual plan to ensure unified messaging across the Division and University to include Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree, or vocational or technical training (up to 1 year).
  • 1 year of marketing experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3 years of marketing experience.
  • Adobe certification.

Work Schedule
Position will be required to work a varied schedule that will include evenings, nights, and weekends occasional holidays included.

Salary Grade Number
The salary grade for the position is 8.

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000.

The University of Denver has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The University may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information, but not based on a candidates sex or any other protected status.
