Job Details: Associate Director of Student Health Services Coastal Carolina University is accepting applications for the following position: Associate Director of Student Health Services (Student Services Manager II) for Student Health Services. Duties will include, but are not limited to: coordinating AAAHC Accreditation processes, implementing and following-through with performance improvement initiatives, analyzing and reporting of data associated with performance improvement, maintaining a good knowledge of OSHA and other safety procedures, maintaining, reviewing, editing, and writing SHS policies and procedures and assuring they include current information and comply with relevant accreditation standards, serving as coordinator for student, faculty, and staff contact tracing activities and investigative lead for COVID-19 cases, marketing and collaborating with campus resources, providing exceptional customer service to all constituents, including but not limited to, faculty, staff, students, visitors and the community at large, and performs other duties as assigned. Requirements: Master’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university, with two years of direct work experience in college health (health education, community outreach, linkage to care, or other public health), with work experience conducting case investigation, contact tracing and/or other communicable disease investigation activities are required.
