Description The School of Business at Mount St. Joseph University invites applications for a full-time (9-month), tenure-track Assistant Professor of Management. The position will begin in August of 2022. The School of Business is accredited through ACBSP and currently offers undergraduate programs in the areas of Accounting, Financial Economics, Management, Marketing, Organizational Leadership and Sport Management with 98% of our graduates either working or enrolled in graduate programs within 6 months of graduation The School of Business also offers a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership. Academic and career advising with business students.Active research agenda. School of Business and University service (e.g. committee service, assessment, events).Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications QualificationsPh.D. in Management or closely related business area. Qualified ABD candidates will be considered. Teaching experience and/or professional experience in management is highly desirable. Background or experience in human resource management, operations management, and/or nonprofit management is a plus. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States, without sponsorship from the University under the Immigration Reform and Control Act. Must have a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion.
