Assistant Professor/Professor - Lateral - School of Law

The University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, invites applications from tenured and untenured lateral candidates for full-time, tenured and tenure-track faculty positions. We welcome applications from candidates across all areas of law, although subject areas of particular interest include Administrative Law, Business Law, Private Law, Employment and Labor Law, Environmental and Energy Law, Environmental Justice, Civil Procedure, Intellectual Property, Criminal Procedure and Law, Health Law, National Security Law, Race and Law, and Tax.
