Grants Coordinator A
Under limited supervision, the Grants Coordinator A will be responsible for all post award activities and assist with pre-award needs. For Post award, they will be responsible for all accounts payable duties, including but not limited to ordering supplies/services and paying vendors, reimbursements, subject participation payment, budget setups and reconciliations, assisting with setting up and monitoring RBA/RBNs needed for clinical research and reconciliation of expenses against financial reports. In addition, they will assist with grant application preparation; maintain and keep usual forms updated such as biosketches, PORs, other support pages, publications and other documents as needed. They will enter journal entries, enter budget setups, prepare invoices for service center cores and assist with other duties as assigned.
Grants Coordinator A Qualifications
Associate's Degree or Two Year College with 2-3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Grants Coordinator B
Under limited supervision, the Grants Coordinator B will assist the grants manager in all pre and post grant award activities for the Neurodevelopment and Psychosis Section in the Department of Psychiatry. They will be responsible for all pre and post award functions while reporting to the grants manager and business administrator. They should have current knowledge of grant submission, JIT, RPPRs, and close out processes for NIH and other agencies including sub-awards and service center cores. They will be responsible for post award as well as pre-award activities under guidance from grants manager and business administrator. They will input information into PD and follow/track and work with PIs to ensure timely grant submission including Q/A with Sponsors while keeping GM/BA informed.
