Job Summary:

Job Summary:
This position reports to the Director of Grants & Contracts Pre-Award Administration in the Office of Research. This includes support for grant submissions and the transfer of proposals to funded projects, specifically as it relates to the movement of data through the Office's electronic research administrative system. This position will support the pre-award operations and assist with the grant hand-off to post-award grant operations.

Position Qualifications:

Required:
-Associate degree or equivalent experience
-Two (2) years of experience
-Valid Driver's License

Preferred:
-Bachelor's degree
-Experience with budgets or project development

Oklahoma State University-Center for Health Sciences was founded in 1972 and is home to the College of Osteopathic Medicine, as well as graduate programs in forensics, biomedicine, healthcare and athletic training.   Our core business is education; and it takes more than 500 faculty and staff members to run our institution.  Our mission is to educate and train osteopathic physicians, research scientists and other healthcare professionals with an emphasis on serving rural and underserved Oklahomans.  We offer more than 10 different specialty clinics to care for patients in the area.
