Essential Duties & Responsibilities
This faculty position has responsibility of building academic strength in the department, including publishing in reputable peer-reviewed journals, collaborating on research grants, and active contribution to our academic programs at both under- and graduate-level including the doctoral programs (PhD and DBA).

Reporting Lines
The new hire reports to the Chair of Supply Chain & Analytics Department, who reports to the Dean of College of Business Administration.

Minimum Qualifications
A Ph.D. degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Operations Research, Analytics, Industrial Engineering or other related field. Having some domain-focused interests in Agriculture or Healthcare is a plus.

Expectations & Measurements
Candidates are expected to have solid research and teaching skills in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, operations research, and/or business analytics. The position requires strong research potential (at assistant professor level), solid research record (at associate professor level), and a commitment to teaching excellence. Candidates at the associate professor level are expected to contribute services at the department, college and campus levels.

Appointment Terms
Tenure-Track (Open-rank at the Assistant and Associate Professor level)

Physical Demands & Work Environment
A desktop/laptop will be provided for new tenure-track faculty. Summer research support will be provided for the first two years. Travel funds will be available for faculty with continuing research and publication records.
