THE UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA, LOS ANGELES, SCHOOL OF LAW invites applications from entry-level candidates for tenure-track faculty positions expected to begin July 1, 2022. We seek candidates across all areas of law. We welcome candidates whose experience in teaching, research or community service has prepared them to contribute to a campus climate that supports equality and diversity.
In addition, as part of UCLA's Rising to the Challenge Faculty Hiring Initiative, we are also seeking candidates whose scholarly work, teaching and/or mentoring focuses on Black experiences. This search is a partnership between the School of Law and the Ralph J. Bunche Center for African American Studies as part of the campus-wide effort to rise to the challenge of racial and social justice at UCLA, sponsored by the Office of the Chancellor and the Executive Vice Chancellor & Provost.
All candidates must hold a J.D., Ph.D., or equivalent degree prior to date of employment. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
