Summary of Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Full-time position to begin January 2022.

Full-time teaching of undergraduate courses and advising; curriculum development; course development; assisting in assessment and accreditation; recruiting; supervising interns; engaging in service at the program level, school, university, community, and professional levels.

Minimum Education Requirements:

A Master’s degree in Community Health, Public Health, Health Education, Health Promotion, or a closely related discipline.

Minimum Experience and Skill Requirements:

Strong interpersonal skills; a commitment to high-quality classroom instruction, service, and scholarly activity.

Preferred Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

Evidence of having passed the Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) exam or MCHES is preferred. Teaching experience at the collegiate level is preferred. Experience supervising interns is preferred.
