Responsible for planning and performing systematic processing of neuroimaging data in preparation for analyses. Perform analyses of neuroimaging and other study data. Assist in running research protocols for assigned studies including cognitive and neuroimaging methods.
Create systems for, and maintain organization of research data records, including neurocognitive data, neuroimaging data, and research data banks, perform quality assurance of neuroimaging data.
Will serve as the liaison to IRB and assist in maintaining IRB and other regulatory materials. Will assist with ensuring compliance with federal, state and sponsor policies.
Score and code study related data for statistical analysis, working with the faculty involved in the assigned studies.
Consult and train in study research methods with study staff and volunteers
Participate in other research activities as needed; perform surveys and measures with research participants; make appointments for study visits. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
$37,000 to $42,000 annually, commensurate with education, skills, and experience
Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with neuroimaging software (FreeSurfer, SPM, FSL, Conn, LCModel, Gannet)
Experience with BIDS neuroimaging data organization
Experience with Redcap
Experience with computer programming
