Responsibilities This position functions as a Lead EVS Tech during the assigned shift assisting the Director of EVS or designee with the daily operation of the department. The incumbent will be responsible for carrying out directions given by the Director and Department Managers, will conduct routine inspections of projects, distribute supplies to EVS technicians and will interface with campus customers and report back to the Director and Department Managers to resolve service requests and/or issues. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    Monitor work performed by environmental services technicians. Assist with resolving customer service issues, reports back to the Director of EVS and/or designted manager of customer concerns.Distribute supplies and materials as required, receives and verify supply deliveries for various locations of the campus.Assist with training and orientation of new personnel. Attends meetings as designated by the Environmental Services Director or designee.Inspects buildings and reports findings to the Environmental Services Director or designee.Transports broken equipment to designated locations off campus for repair, picks up repaired equipment as required.Performs cleaning tasks of all nature throughout the campus as disgnated, provides backup support in the absence of other environmental service technicians.
