Position Description:
Under the general direction of the Associate Dean of External Affairs and the Senior Director of Programming and Alumni Engagement, provide administrative support for the School of Law External Affairs program by assisting in achieving the School's mission to expand alumni outreach and create closer ties between alumni, donors, volunteers and the Law School. Coordinate and produce acknowledgments.

Provide support for the volunteers programs. Establishing and maintain donor files. Generate computer reports. Respond to donor inquiries and resolve problems related to inquiries. Provide support for Law School events. Attend events and perform associated duties. Provide administrative support to Development and Alumni Relations teams and Development Operations. The incumbent will serve as the Executive Board liaison.

Additional duties include: Answer incoming calls for the office, maintain and order office supplies, process expense reimbursements, make facilities requests, distribute the mail, process courtesy parking for guests, address copier/printer service requests and maintain office stationary, arrange messenger pick-ups and others duties as assigned.
