Duties may include: Answering the telephone, assisting staff with records management projects, filing, copying, faxing, image documents, shredding and organizing records, data entry and document development, Office errands (pick-up/drop off items, or move boxed items), organizing and sorting files and supplies, and other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications Must be admitted to the University of West Georgia and enrolled in six or more credit hoursMust have a 2.0 GPA or higher
Proficient using WORD, XLS, Google drive docs, sheets, and forms, and Google Meets
Knowledge of campus layout and locations of buildings/departments
Experience working in an office setting and using standard office equipment (phone, copier, fax, shredded) and software.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Must be detailed oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
Must have good customer service skills and phone etiquette.
Excellent typing skills.
Able to successfully multitask and complete assignments.
Self-motivated and must be able to follow instructions.
Must be able to lift and move 30-50 lb boxes. Able to navigate the campus unimpeded.
