This job could include working as a laboratory student assistant for PHYS 1111/1112/2211/2212 or A2313 labs, and/or working as a physics workshop leader in one of the previously mentioned classes.
Required QualificationsMust be a current UWG student enrolled in 6 or more credit hours
Must have a cumulutive GPA of 2.0 or higher
The candidate needs to have taken and passed the class or lab they would be assisting with.
Preferred QualificationsThe candidate has taken and passed the PHYS 1111/1112, PHYS 2211/2212, or A2313 sequence to teach the corresponding lab.
Knowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesSome mathematical problem solving and good communication skills.

The University of West Georgia is a leading residential, doctoral comprehensive university that offers a broad undergraduate and graduate curriculum based on a liberal arts foundation.
