Job Summary

Assist students in various lab assignments and activities. Tutor Students in CS 1000/2000 level classes. Help assist faculty during class with lab assignments. Help assist faculty with grading of lab work in various course. Must be able to work in groups and independently, able to work some weekends and evenings, and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Computer Science Major at UWG only

Must have completed CS 1302 with a B or better

Must pass a background check

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and programming in Java at the level of CS 1302.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work well with peers and faculty.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

Computer lab environment, must be able to work at computer for extended periods of time. Depending on Department needs, some hours may be during the evenings or weekends.
