This individual will be expected to utilize advanced and innovative recruitment techniques for effective student recruitment. This position is also responsible for the development and execution of alumni relations for the program. This full-time position will be an integral and contributing member of the OYMBA team. The position will require some evening or week-end work and possible out of state travel.Professional FieldAdmissions, Advising, Recruitment, Marketing, Sales, Alumni Relations, or related fields.Supervision ReceivedReports to Director of the One Year MBA program.Supervision ExercisedNo formal supervision. - One Year MBA Recruitment and Enrollment Management Develops and implements annual OYMBA student recruitment strategy to drive enrollment growth for the programEvaluates effectiveness of student recruiting strategies and uses data to improve strategies and implementation for the programCommunicates with prospective students via call campaigns and emails regarding the program; responds to all RFI’s for program; builds and maintains an active pipeline of leadsUtilizes Salesforce to effectively track each interaction and progress of all assigned leadsAnalyzes market trends to identify key recruiting regions/areas to target for recruiting fairs and events; this could involve targeting markets via virtual or in person recruitment effortsActively participates in weekly meetings, being prepared to discuss performance data, prospective applicant concerns, and creative solutions to increase enrollment numbersServes as an articulate spokesperson for the OYMBA program at industry events, open houses, webinars, etc.Collaborates with Business School recruitment team, for OYMBA presence at targeted recruiting fairs and events within and outside the Denver metro areaEffectively monitors and communicates MBA trends to the teamLeads, develops, and delivers multiple webinars a yearOrganizes, hosts, and participates in regular information sessions, webinars, and local events that target prospective studentsLeverages relationships and creates new ones with businesses and industries to execute OYMBA webinars/in person info sessions to increase student enrollment in the programResponsible for conducting annual competitive analysis; analyzes data and presents findings with suggestions for program improvements/adjustments to DirectorServes as an articulate spokesperson for the mission and values of the Business School and the universityAssists Director and Program Coordinator, with developing effective yield activities for admitted studentsHelps develop and maintain close working relationships with key stakeholders and constituents on and off campusCollaborates with marketing team on the development of recruitment materials, collateral, email campaigns and program website contentServe on OYMBA admission committee and conduct admission interviews as needed

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Business, Communications, Liberal Arts, STEM or other related fields.Substitution: years of experience can substitute on a year for year basis for a bachelor’s degree
- MBA or equivalent master’s degree in a related field highly preferredExperience in strategy developmentSix or more years of experience recruiting graduate students, preferably at a regionally accredited college or universityExperience developing or coordinating alumni programmingExperience in assisting with the development of marketing materials and tracking leads
- Experience with developing social media campaigns and analytics experience preferred Experience with Salesforce or any CRM system
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 25% of time
- Must be willing and able to work occasional evenings and weekends
- Must be willing and able to reliably transport self and any work materials to and from off-site work locations as needed for business purposes
