Job Details

St. Norbert College, a nationally-ranked, private, Catholic, liberal arts college is seeking an Assessment and Accreditation Coordinator for the Teacher Education Program.  

This position is responsible for managing the overall assessment, reporting, and continuous improvement for Teacher Education accreditation of licensure programs with specific attention to the preparation and maintenance of state accreditation processes and procedures. The Coordinator is responsible for the design and implementation of data and document collection, management, and usage. The Coordinator strengthens a culture of assessment by actively engaging colleagues in the review of key assessments and reports to determine necessary adjustments to existing curricula, assessments, data sources and activities, and program improvement. In addition, the Coordinator attends relevant accreditation meetings and consistently communicates accreditation policy changes to relevant stakeholders. The Assessment and Accreditation Coordinator collaborates on strategic projects to support and elevate the profile of the teacher education program.
